    Hi Timothy,

I love your progression of your career. You want to start somewhere and move up. That is a great way to see your future, not limited to one position but moving up. I also loved the highlighted keywords. It made the flow of the paper much easier to read despite the font. I am not sure what font size you are using but it is really small. Maybe you could make it larger or change the actual font style. Also you did not include the appendix or references in your paper. Make sure you add if you need to see some good examples check out Ally and Megan posts from our class.

Tim! Your draft is really phenomenal. i like the layout, the way in which you present yourself through your writing, and the way in which you blend the information together to weave an appropriate vision of who you are for the reader. A couple of things that I was wondering:
1.Do you think you should put the Table of Contents before the Executive Summary page?

    2. With some of the numbering/lists, the margins are a little awkward, since there are so many lists…do you think that decreasing the indent margin size would make the report look more presentable?

I have no questions for Tim. His draft was well organized, except table of content should be moved before executive summary. He is clear on the direction he wants to go and what is required to get there. His research on successful individuals in the field and at the company he desire to work for is a smart move. The document has a lot of information, so he might want to think of a different way to display so of it. Sometimes charts/graph/tables make a lot of information easily read. He has done well to meet requirements for this project.
